Mr. McPhillips did excelent job of installation of new gas furnace and air conditioner. Initital price estimate increased due to additional requests (installation of humidifier, etc.). Schedule delays due to equipment shortages were explained in timely manner. Job was done cleanly and efficiently; job site was completely cleaned whan task was completed. Job was clearly explained as it was done, the why and how. Followup questions answered clearly and in a timely manner. Good customer relations.
