I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

Granted … vet visits during COVID were not the norm anywhere. But Kingsbrook Animal Hospital has been treating my many dogs; dogs in the rescue group I volunteered with; and dogs that stayed at my in-home B&B for small dogs for over 20 years. They are the BEST diagnosticians; treat each client as if it was their own pet; do whatever is medically necessary and not what is most profitable for them; present plans of action to clients, allowing owners choices based on their financial situation and how aggressively or non-aggressively they want their pet treated. My dogs always loved going to Kingsbrook … especially when they were not well. They KNEW that they would be treated with love and care … and that they would feel much better after seeing them. I trust my doctors at Kingsbrook implicitly … which made the changes due to COVID so much easier to handle. Not only are the doctors great … but so are their vet techs. Most (if not all) of them have college degrees for veterinary tech. The techs, just like the docs, continue getting educated in order to provide the very best care. I was happy to drive from lower Montgomery County to Frederick to go to Kingsbrook because I always want my dogs to get the best care in the best facility from the best trained professionals. Kingsbrook truly is THE BEST! I have been witness to many other vets in the Potomac/Rockville/Bethesda area due to boarding clients at my home needing medical attention while their family was away. I can recite one horror story after another! Had I not taken two of those dogs to Kingsbrook after their regular vet told me nothing was wrong … those dogs would likely have been dead when their families returned days or a week later! I could write a book!

They are wonderful vets, and I cheerfully drive 45 minutes each way on I-270 whenever one of my cats needs some attention. Dr. Davis in particular is exceptionally caring and helpful, patient in answering questions, and an easy "top doc" recommendation.
