Had an issue with a few low spots. Sent email with pictures two days after the job was done and got a response that they would come out that week to inspect the problem. They did not show nor contact me. I followup with a text the next week asking if they would come out and just got a reply of "sure". No one showed up or contacted me.

I would not recommend this company. I want to start by saying that I know things happen, mistakes happen and that’s life but it’s the response to those mistakes that I have the issue with. John Carroll and his team came out to do our driveway last spring. Shortly after the completion of our driveway our basement started to present a small leak. I contacted Mr. Carroll and was met with a I’ll get to it when I get to it attitude about fixing the issue. Both my husband and I had to call and text Mr. Carroll several times before he came out to try to fix the issue. His first fix made the issue even worse. He then came out again after another extended period of time of having to call him and text him. He had his team install a drain. The basement no longer leaks however Mr. Carroll told us he would pay for the damage to the basement from the driveway. Never heard from him. I sent him several emails with no response so understanding the power of the internet and social media I got On Google and Facebook and left reviews about our experience so that hopefully this doesn’t happen to other people. Surprisingly or not surprisingly Mr. Carroll reached out to me to resolve the issue. We emailed back and forth a few times and agreed upon an amount. It’s been over 3 weeks, I’ve sent several emails and have not received anything nor gotten a response from him since. I am disappointed and frustrated.
