The physical therapy staff is outstanding and go out of their way to help patients. The Nursing staff is greatly understaffed. When pulling the cord indicating help is needed frequently no one responds. The shift change is 7 pm so expect to get no assistance from anyone between 6 and 7 pm and typically no help is provided from the new staff until 7:30 pm or later. The facility is lovely but without adequate staff a lovely facility does not provide a lot of comfort
