Atlas performed and energy audit and a full remove/replace of the old insulation in our attic. Their energy auditors and company are certified by Pepco and thus are able to process all of the applicable rebates for the scope of work. The company was fantastic to deal with. Answers to calls and emails were prompt, detailed, and honest. The workmanship was good, and they met the IECC standards for blown insulation. The company worked with me to gather all the necessary documentation to qualify for the Inflation Reduction Act federal tax rebates. They also guaranteed that they would match the initial Pepco rebate if the final energy audit did not show improvement. Their contract was completely transparent on price, given the cost breakdown, and rebate amounts.
