I have an annual service contract. Techs are pleasant and seem competent. They always try to sell additional services, many of which are of suspect value. Makes me feel like I'm paying for a sales call and makes me suspicious of their repair recommendations. I'm not sure I'll renew the service agreement next year.

My air handler (furnace) broke on early morning Nov. 7th and when I woke, the temperature on the ground floor was 63 degrees. It should have been 70 degrees. I called Tucker with which I have a heating and air conditioning contract. They are very reliable. They recommended a Diakin heat pump which I said I would like and they installed it on Nov. 8th. Chris, Julio, and Romberto were excellent workers. They took out the old air handler and humidifier and put in the Daikin heat pump, humidifier, and thermostat. Now I have reliable heat and a much better system than I have had the last 18 years. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
