I took my cat to this practice his entire life, since he was a kitten. Dr. Heir referred me to a cardiologist where I spent over $600. If only he had give my cat a thorough examination and taken his blood pressure, I could have avoided that cost. On another occasion, he again lacked thoroughness when be failed to read my cat's medical history which was right in his computer. My cat's red blood cells was borderline in a visit almost 2 years before serious symptoms manifested. My cat suffered for some time before he discovered the problem through blood work and I put my cat down because he was suffering. Would not trust him with my pet again.
