I have been a customer for 15 years - ever since I hired the company to install a new HVAC system after the old one was destroyed by a lightning strike. I have received excellent service from this company over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Paul L. is the installer assigned to my area and he has always been efficient, professional, helpful, as well as pleasant to work with. The company offers a service contract, which has helped keep my system running in peak condition. In any event, excellent service deserves to be rewarded with loyal patronage, so I continue to be a satisfied customer.

AP Mathews has consistently been my most favorite company to work with as a homeowner. Prior to working with them I had other heating and AC companies try to sell me a new HVAC when my unit wasn't even six years old yet! A friend recommended AP Mathews and they came out, fixed my issue and for the following ten years I had them conduct all my seasonal HVAC maintenance. Sadly in late 2020 my HVAC finally died and they replaced it with a far superior HVAC system then what was installed when my home was first built. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I've received over the past decade+ and this is definitely one company that is honest to a fault about what you need and don't need to keep your HVAC (and water heater, etc.), running optimally. Further, their prices are more than fair considering the quality of the products and the service they provide.
