Crystal Exteriors LLC had done two major jobs for us, replacing entry doors and installing a new roof. Both projects were done quickly and without problems, at very competitive pricing. Recently, due to a water leak, I called Jason and he came out the next day to check the roof -- no problem there. He then looked around the house and found what was the source of the problem, a porous grout on an upstairs screened porch. Their service, including this five-years-after-the-installation inspection, is beyond compare.

We chose Crystal Exteriors from among several companies highly rated for quality to install a new roof with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles with an eave and ridge vent, plus replace three old skylights with new ones. Jason's assessment, estimate, and proposal were very detailed and comprehensive, and Jason was always available by phone, even when he was on vacation (sorry to call during your vacation Jason!), to discuss the renovation and answer all questions. In addition, Crystal Exteriors price was very reasonable, and the company is an expert in many areas. They replaced my entire gutter system two years ago. The roofing materials arrived the day before the job began. On the day of the roof/skylights replacement, the crew arrived as scheduled. Crystal Exteriors did a superb job. They installed the new roof and skylights in less than a day (in scorching heat), protecting the surrounding property, and cleaned up during and after the job. They even cleaned inside the house in the room below the new skylights! We are very happy with the new skylights and new roof and the quality of their craftsmanship.

About five years ago I found Crystal Exteriors through the Checkbook, and they did such an excellent job on new siding and gutter systems for our house—at a better-than-competitive price—that we didn't hesitate to call them again to replace our overly old and rickety roof. Jason Lam is very easy to talk with about our project, and he and his company simple ooze honesty, high quality, and very good costs. They are ripping out our old roof and putting in the new one even as I write this note (July 3, 2024). I can't imagine a better company for improving the outside of a house.
