I highly recommend Studs with Suds for cleaning mold & fungus off of house roofs. Their website location is: https://www.studswithsudsmd.com/about/ Their service area includes : Brookeville, MD, Clarksville, MD, Columbia, MD, Ellicott City, MD, Olney, MD, Silver Spring, MD, Rockville, MD, Bethesda, MD, Gaithersburg, MD, Catonsville, MD & the surrounding areas. Brandon is a great owner & worker and saved us a lot of money on homeowners insurance. His company does more than pressure washing, but also performs detailed cleaning of fungus and mold off of roofs, siding, etcetera. The company is professional, they provide a quality service, are responsive, and are reasonably priced for their services. I would rate them as five stars. As a background for why we chose to go with Studs with Suds with roof cleaning, insurance companies now use satellite imagery to determine quality of a roof (this started 3 years ago with our current insurance company). If the roof has fungus or mold (cosmetic only) they will assume the roof needs replacing & charge over a thousand dollars more for homeowners insurance designating the roof as being in poor shape. Studs with Suds cleaned our roof of fungus and mold, and it looks brand new. Great job! Highly recommend. Our insurance company had to significantly decrease the insurance costs for us. Don’t let insurance companies rip you off. Go with Studs With Suds. Brandon also has many years of experience doing roof inspections & cleaning roofs.👍
