I used them several times over the years to install flooring and carpeting. They know their product and make solid recommendations based upon need. They do use contracted installers. Some are better then others. I never had a problem with installations that was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Our experience with sales staff was generally good, but there was an estimate error that resulted in an incomplete floor, exposed adhesive and a two week delay. The end product was good, but installation process was very challenging, installer was not considerate of our lawn, and we would not use him again.

I used them a few years ago, and that was fabulous service. When I went back recently, the saleswoman had moved to the front office. The person I got was horrible. I specifically asked to use the same brand as the hall and not the living room. Stated multiple times. salesperson did the opposite. So I ended up with two different carpet pile heights touching. the salesperson denied that I said anything, and the company took his side. The manufacturer had the same carpet I bought with a lower pile and their 'consession' was I just had to pay another install fee. Mind you that they used the manufacturers warranty to replace the product.
