Jutta has done wonders for my body;s ability to move without pain. Initially I had severe sciatic pain that caused me to have to stop while walking and lean on a fence post. Through exercises, especially Feldendenkreis and other related modalities I am now pain free, kmow how to maximize my movements for strength and adjust how I perform activiteis so that I am pain free. Her trainign as an occupational therapist, combined with other graduate work she has performed with specific clients, I now approach tasks that I cpuldnot perform with or without pain with confidence. Her explanation of body mechanics and structure were key to me understanding how to move my body more effectively and efficiently. I am grateful for the sessions where she taught me how to move without pain and prevent injury since the old way fo doing task were no longer doable.
