This is a great company to work with. They do the job promptly and efficiently, and more importantly let you know the costs ahead of time and give you options. Have used them many times and recommended to others.

We have had an interesting and frustrating experience in dealing with exterminators. Our tenants got a dog and left a dish of cereal out, attracting mice. By the time they told me, there was an infestation. We hired Adcock’s Trapping Service who was most effective in identifying and blocking means of entry from the outside. They also set snap traps that are effective but grusome We still had mice though. Then we hired Mr. Bugs who was very nice and knowledgeable He set traps with bait. The next tenants set up night vision ring cameras in areas of activity. The bait frequently doesn’t attract the mice, so that method was not entirely effective. We then hired someone to go into the attic. He found that a squirrel had entered the attic through a soffit and died, creating a point of entry for the nice. We had the third handyman ask the areas and spray pesticide foam behind the sheetrock. So far, that has worked. In summary, we found the industry to offer a single solution when one solution is insufficient. All of the companies were honest, punctual, and provided a solution, but one solution wasn’t enough. The bait offered by most exterminators was the least effective method. We also had to replace all of the sweeps around the garage door.

I used this company many years ago (15 or more) for squirrels in the attic. They set trap(s) and got squirrels and took them elsewhere. I had no more problems until this year. At one point I heard some scampering and went to look up to that area - only to see a squirrel peeping out at me!! That did it, I rehired Adcock. They were soon captured - all 6 of them- and taken to a wooded area far away (I hope).
