Rising Sun has become very expensive, and their front-of-the-business staff are not particularly friendly. I use them because they are local but can no longer give them a great recommendation, as I did in the past.

A quality shop, under new management, seems to be keeping up the expectations. Not the cheapest, but fair and I feel I get my money's worth.

Rising Sun was my go-to place for over 40 years. Last year, Mike sold it. Then Jeff, service tech, left. Last week, Nick, service tech, left. The place is not the same and I won't be returning. If they deign to answer the telephone, they never have a ready answer and say "I'll call you back in 20 minutes." But the call never comes. I am finished with Rising Sun.
