But ... they noted many scratches, dents, and damages that did not exist and sent me a list by email indicating that I had seen this report (I had not seen it) and using my electronic signature as proof (??). Otherwise, this place seems to do a good job, but I do not appreciate the deceit.

It took five tow-ins to finally fix problem which including replacing many engine parts on my 2018 Elantra. I was never given a full explanation of what was the real problem. On one visit, they charged me to change the antifreeze, and when I got the car home it wouldn't start again, and had to towed back to the dealer.
