I needed to replace rotted trim boards on my addition with composite boards that do not rot. David reviewed the situation and gave me a competitive estimate. I also needed to replace shutters with composite shutters and David's advice on that was invaluable. David partnered with George Brown from Pro Builders in Alexandria, VA to complete the work Work started just a couple of weeks later and was completed in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

The exterior boards of all 3 of my porch posts and the trim board of door frame were rotted. David and his team did an excellent job on the repairs. They did a thorough job in assessing the rots and provided me with the appropriate repair solutions. The proposed cost for the repair was reasonable and the final cost actually stayed with the estimate. The initial assessment visit to the proposal took only 2 days. The actual repairs took only 2 days. I will definitely hire David Brummer again for future repairs and recommend him to others.
