I made an appointment at this urgent care facility for a COVID test after a close contact tested positive. Within five minutes, I was swiped. Then I waited an hour and a half for a nurse practitioner. I said I did not need to see the nurse practitioner because I had no symptom and was told they would throw away my sample if I left without seeing her. When I finally saw her, she told me that the results would be available in a few days, and they would call if I was positive. It was information I already knew. I could understand waiting that long if I was a walk-in, but I had an appointment! I will never go back.
