Our family needed technical support in getting our upgraded cable boxes/remotes and wireless router properly connected and integrated with our music/DVD system. Based on the outstanding reviews provided by others in our community, we contacted Fatos, who responded immediately and quoted a set price (e.g. not rough estimate, with additional charges added for unanticipated issues). In addition to being extremely punctual and great in communication, Fatos' strong knowledge of electrical systems, coupled with his ability to explain complex things in layman terms, made him genuinely one of the best professionals whom we have ever encountered. During his visit, we learned the cable company had failed to provide the correct equipment; however, Fatos was very gracious in being willing to return without additional charge to complete the job as promised. His integrity, commitment to customer service and unique skill set make him a wonderful resource and someone whom we feel fortunate to have in our community. Indeed, it is without hesitation we recommend Fatos/Al-Com Systems to anyone who is seeking to have audio-visual work repaired/updated/installed in their home or office!
