Nurses showed up late. Slept on duty. Roughly treated elderly patient. Unpleasant and frightening experience

We had a terrible time working with this agency. The first people we spoke with were pleasant, but whenever we needed to reach someone, no one answered the phone; when they did, our coordinator was rarely available; our phone calls were not returned and messages unanswered. There was no screening of the person who worked with my father as far as we could tell. For her part, she also had a bad experience with the agency because she rarely spoke with her supervisor and also couldn't get through on the phone. Coordination was a mess and communication almost zero. In short, they were useless (although the marketing person and billing dept. is prompt). I would stay away!
