I have a very mixed review of this company. You can really see how passionate the owner is about floors. They do a fantastic job on floors and I found them to be competitive with other companies. That said, they do offer other services and I cannot recommend them for that. We hired them a few times for small jobs outside our floor refinishing and consistently they did not start on time, had many errors that needed to be corrected, didn't do things as stated, went over budget and scope but did not communicate with us until the end, etc. I'm giving them a recommend just for floor services only; proceed with caution on anything else.

They are somewhat more costly than others but their superior process and results justify them.
