Customer service is poor. The female rep is friendly but unresponsive, the male is curt and unresponsive. I requested an approximate time of delivery; morning, afternoon, or a window. He would not provide any indication other than the driver will call 20 minutes before delivery. If you want to ensure they drop the load where you want, plan to be available all day. Asked to provide the soil analysis offered by their compost provider Loudoun Compost, Saunders refused. (Loudoun Compost said analysis was only available through Saunders). Don’t trust untested compost on your vegetable garden.
