Insulators installed a concrete pathway in my backyard. For the most part, it's great. But they cut through some tree roots and laid concrete over them, and the moisture from the roots actually bubbled up through the concrete in three places. I called to see what could be done, and they sent the crew back out a week later to repair that section. Now that section has a different color than the rest of the walk -- and it still has moisture spots. I'm really unhappy with how it looks, although it is very functional.
