Dennis and his colleague Chris remodeled our family room. They did a very nice job and at a fair price. Dennis makes sure that the work is high quality and sweats even the smallest details. In addition, he is pleasant to deal with and very helpful in providing suggestions for the project. Chris is likewise quite competent and very easy to work with. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely hire them again on a future project.

We would like to recommend LeJeune Design Build and its owner, Dennis LeJeune. Dennis designed and built a new kitchen and master bathroom for us and painted the entire interior of our house. Our house is approximately 60 years old and both the kitchen and the bathroom were primarily still original. Dennis was highly recommended to us by our next-door neighbors who had also had their kitchen and a bathroom remodeled. Dennis met with us, listened to our ideas, made many suggestions, and answered our questions about the process. He developed design plans and cost estimates and met with us again to review them. We made several modifications to the plans and Dennis provided a final proposal which we accepted. Dennis always gave us multiple options for materials and appliances with a range of prices and quality so that we could get the best quality at the best prices. Dennis is also highly creative and always had good ideas whenever we asked for suggestions. Dennis even designed new custom iron railings to replace several outdated railings. Both jobs were pull and replace where the basic structure remained but both rooms were gutted. Dennis did much of the work himself and acted as the project manager for the various other professionals such as the tile installer, electrician, and plumber. Dennis prepped the house to protect adjoining areas from the renovation work, set up a temporary kitchen in the dining room, and always minimized the impact of the work on us as much as possible. Dennis always kept his commitments and would keep us informed of any delays such as government inspections or materials shipments. The overall project started on time and stayed on schedule with only minimal adjustments. The only price adjustments were for some minor additional work that we requested in addition to the proposal. Dennis always emphasized quality work and paid strict attention to all the details big and small. He responded immediately to check or correct a few very minor issues that popped up after the project was completed. The final product was outstanding and we could not have been happier with the results! We repeatedly get compliments from friends and visitors about the kitchen and have proudly also shown off the bathroom. We have asked Dennis back for some small projects. My wife and I wholeheartedly endorse LeJeune Design Build for kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as other major renovations.
