I left messages for 3 deck companies on a Friday afternoon to ask about repairing our deck stairs, and Steve from Evergreen is the only one who called me back on Monday morning to set up a time to come take a look. The wooden supports under our deck stairs were completely rotted so they needed to remove the existing stairs made of composite boards as well as the vinyl railing, replace the rotted wood with fresh wood, and then put the stair boards and railings back. It required a lot of attention to detail and Steve and his team took the time to make sure it was done right and was high quality work. They also went above and beyond what was required, fixing a piece of lattice work trim adjoining the stairs, removing a rust stain on one of the railings, and even getting up on a ladder to fix a noticeably loose roof shingle just above the garage door. They were very personable and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them.
