Not Recommended
Scheduled 5pm pick up--they showed up stoned @ 10pm. Didn't follow instructions--they took several paintings that were explicitly not part of load. Will never use again

We couldn't get a charity to pick up, so we tried this service. It was very expensive for what we needed - everything was out of the house and ready for them to pick up. Their "truck" was not that big, so they charged us for almost the entire truckload. Even though the charity was one that they worked with to donate items and the charity had already indicated they would take everything, they still wanted to charge us for a "mattress disposal" charge and wouldn't guarantee that they would donate the items. It cost way more than I thought it should given the circumstances. Very good at marketing and nice enough, but would not use them again.
