I went to this dealer solely to purchase a new wheel rim in order to make use for spare tire. While entering the service area I overheard an irate customer talking on the phone regarding the unacceptable service and wait period she was experiencing. The overall dour expressions of the other waiting customers spoke volumes. The "Parts Salesman" who waited on me was also adequate of pleasantness. The price for an aluminum when (for a non-high performance vehicle) was outrageous in addition to a $50.00 core that I had to pay just to get a "new" rim.
