I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for my Honda. They checked in my car pretty quickly and finished the work in an hour. Like many repair shops, they recommended work that seemed unnecessary. For example, even though they said there wasn't a problem, they recommended that the water pump and belt be replaced. The waiting area is adequate and the staff is polite.

They misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged. Never going back there for any work. Incompetent mechanics.
