I lived here for years. They had a history of doing constructive/repairs outside of the times allotted by the county. When I approached the staff doing the construction they acted like they did not speak English. I finally called the county for assistance who informed me that there had been a previous complaint about them--so they obviously knew the guidelines but continued to ignore them. I also had at multiple times their workers coming into my apartment with no prior notification which is a violation. They send contractors to your door without notifying one prior: this is a huge safety issues especially for women where there have been incidences of rapists appearing to be servicemen in apartments. Please contact the county 311 if you have issues. There was a women who worked there for years Ms. Nisos who was absolutely lovely and really cared about her tenants. She is no longer there. There also appears to be a problem with black mold at this apartment building. My neighbors apartment flooded and developed a huge mold problem but they did not inform me. By the time I left I found black mold under the carpet.
