Not Recommended
Unpleasant attitude staff. High turnover of tenants. Refusal to return my deposit. Apt units had filthy carpets, grimy windows. Staff nosy, no privacy. Poor garage maintenance & visibility. Constant rent increases. High pressure to re-sign lease. No effort to control panhandlers at door. Frowns on personal travel. (Bethesda Place Apartments)
