Although the physical therapists are knowledgeable and helpful. I would not recommend the insurance side of this practice. I was generally treated like a number - Handed off to technicians that were young and overwhelmed with too many patients. I was also TOLD I was finished , we didn’t discuss it, even though I was still in recovery, mentioned I still had issues and my insurance would cover more therapy.

My therapist has expertise in dealing with imbalance and muscle weakness. She shows great creativity in exercises we do and has designed a home exercise program, which is updated based on regular assessments of my status. Not covered by Medicare but worth every penny.
