Bit on the small side, some might say "intimate", but the staff are very pleasant. It seems to have a fair numer of seniors as members, but perhaps that's because I am a senior myself and tend to hit the gym, daily, between 1000 AM and 1500PM, when younger folks are at work. All the personal trainers I have observed working with clients seem friendly and professional and I love it that the owner brings her super friendly dog, Bailey, to work on occasion.
