Highly recommended! I’m an older woman. A doctor recommended a hip replacement several years ago. That recommendation seemed rote and thoughtless. Since then I’ve undertaken a platelet-rich plasma injection. I’m hoping to delay or avoid further hip degeneration long enough so European research I’ve seen on bone-rejuvenating stem cells will come to the U.S. (astounding research). I started seeing Eden Ellis at Pilates Mechanic about 6 months ago; a private session, one time a week. I’m using the stairs better. I recently added a second session each week. In the midst of these and other improvements, Eden keeps me safe. She is professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I’m grateful to have found her.
