Very surprised and disappointed that a customer would post untrue comments about my company.
My foreman is always on the job site unless he's picking up materials or lunch.
I make a point to stop by my job sites everyday to make sure the customer is happy.
Customers never pay any money upfront.
Payment is received only after I walk the house with the customer and their happy with the work.
These allegations are false.
