Not Recommended
Lack of supervision of crew. Tried to cover up problems. Poor quality work. Attempt to correct obvious defects also poor. Owner lacked integrity and was openly hostile. Cut our losses and paid in full to get rid of him.

We've used Serra Stone twice. It took them a while to get to the projects, but the work is outstanding, including informal advice on design issues.

We engaged Serra to do repointing on an extensive retaining wall and also replace a paver. The mortar coloring was wildly off, they missed specific issues we’d pointed out and photographed for them, and the paver they replaced absolutely didn’t match. On the latter, when we tried to get them to replace it, they sent over another slab that was equally off. We ultimately engaged a new firm that did the repairs properly.
