totally incompetent in addressing problems with our Volvo;

VW does a lot of recalls. Not once in my 1.5 years of owning a GTI has Ourisman VW been able to complete a recall repair in less than 2 days, and sometimes it takes 3 (with an appointment). My problems with their CarNet app have caused me to take the car to the dealer 3 times, during none of which has a repair been made. Only after a dozen calls to CarNet have they identified the problem. I am now waiting 4 days for a replacement part. Great car. Poor service, despite the eager pleasantness of the service writers.

If you absolutely need a major system repair on your VW performed correctly I highly recommend Ourisman.
