Dealerships tend to cost more than independent auto shops, but this one seems pretty reasonable. Higher costs, but no messing around or gouging. For Honda owners that prefer a dealership for service, Ourisman Honda in Bethesda is not a bad choice.

I think that my positive experience with this dealership overall is due to having had Luis Campos as my Service writer for many years before he was deservedly promoted to Service Manager, and then following up with his recommendation to use Brendan Oster going forward. I have been very happy with the attention and service I received. During a few years when neither of these men were there and I flipped from one service writer to another, I was less happy with the recommendations and service.
