I took my Mercedes here a few times and the service was adequate, but the last time I brought it in for routine servicing (oil change, etc.), the mechanic failed to refill the engine coolant. The day after I had brought it in, the engine-coolant light went on. When I contacted my service liaison, who was otherwise always texting me about various services I got no response. So I am never going back and do not advise anyone else to use this shop either. Also, the last time I was there I had to wait for more than one hour to pick up my car after I was told it was ready and would be delivered to me promptly.
