very professional staff, operations, business approach, and technical know how. all interaction with the people at autobahn was superior. estimate was accurate - no surprises. work done on time and as agreed. the only 'gripe' i have is that it takes a long time to get maintenance scheduled because they are in high demand (this is not really a negative comment - you just have to plan ahead to get work done)

John and staff really know their way around BMWs - and I know of one incident where the BMW dealer in Rockville consulted Autobahn on how to fix a problem (my car had been the first to encounter the problem and Autobahn had found a solution). They are the best!
