A disaster - John Katinas agreed to very expansive project in engagement letter, got retainer, got drawings that ended up being useless, proposed features not ended up being required for permitting, abandoned me in the middle of the project, refused to meet, no reasonable basis for withdrawing from project. Wasted many weeks dealing with recommended engineer who then abandoned me because Katinas withdrew. Forced then find new architect and start from square one.
