We have been contract customers of Gary Frank for years, and highly recommend their work. They have installed a standby generator as well as new heating system in our house. They are very responsive to our needs and they have an excellent staff. We highly recommend them.

We have had a service contract with Gary Frank for many years (we have separate heating and A/C systems), and while their prices continue to climb, they have been great at responding to issues promptly. I highly recommend them for quality of service and on-time service.

My air handler stopped working. A technician from Gary Frank came out and supposedly tested the variable speed blower motor. He pronounced it defective and gave me a written estimate to replace it for $1,850. I asked him to tell me the part number and how much of the cost was for labor and how much for the part. He wouldn't give an answer. I paid him $185 for the service call. I waited about a month without no upstairs A/C and then called another HVAC company. When their technician came out and plugged the air handler fuses back in, the air handler started working. This technician said he couldn't diagnose a problem while it was working. He told me to call him back if it stopped working. It is now about two months later, and the air handler is still working fine. I should note that in 2020, a different Gary Frank technician came to my house and replaced a defective capacitor in one of my heat pumps. I thought he did an excellent job which is why I called Gary Frank again for the air handler problem.
