I bought a home with a terrible attic insulation job. I interviewed multiple contractors and determined that Edge's idea was the best one, at a reasonable cost, with the lowest possible downsides. Their on-site folks did a good job, were timely, and cleaned up after themselves. However, the account rep was unpleasant to work with and there remained some smaller issues that were pending after the work. Overall, the work was good and I'm not sure the issues are any worse than the average contractor, so I'd recommend them if you go in with eyes wide open.
