Replaced a 25 year old lock on my garage door. The new lock is a cheap inferior replacement: the spring that returns the handle to the open position is weak; the new keys are proprietary blanks and if you want more than two keys you have to purchase the blanks from Overhead and one of the two keys that came with the lock was bent and unusable. However, the installer and people at the office (to whom I complained) ere true professionals work for a company whose products are deteriorating.
