My experience with this company was a nightmare from beginning to end. The "service" portion of their tripartite operation (sales, installation, service) is clearly relegated to the bottom of the pile. There is abysmal communication among the three elements of the company, which makes arranging a service call for a previously installed product a disaster. After countless screw-ups, and months-long delays, the work was finally done. My fingers are crossed that everything is fine, so that I'll never need to deal again with this company. Do not hire them.

Bought a $9,000 Pella Designer series door in 2013 and in 2017 it started to leak when it rained. I explained to their service department, I was afraid to leave home due to water on the hardwood floors. They gave me a date 8 weeks out. In frustration, I called Pella Service at main company headquarters and got the same answer (only available service in my area). Finally, I took pictures and wrote a letter to the CEO and got an instant temporary fix and eventually a replacement door. I guess this is both bad and good. They did stand behind their product, but service gave me the run around, lots of frustration. I will look elsewhere for my next door.
