I've been using them for a couple of years. They installed a new fireplace, it was a chaotic process, they were supposed to come, but they got called to a different job. Of course it was more expensive than originally quoted and the job went on longer than it should, again, because they had to work on a different project. So they left me with an open hole for a few weeks, got mice in. I decided to keep using them to clean my chimney, went to use them again and the cost is now $328,00, when it used to be $199.00. What a mess they are.

Used them for many years. Something has happened that I am now looking for someone else. Crazy expensive estimates, including fixing past work they’ve done.
