We were delighted that we chose Catering by Uptown for our daughter’s wedding, which was held at Billingsley House in Prince George’s County in June 2014. We chose Catering by Uptown because they were one of the vendors accepted by Billingsley House, they get high marks on Weddingwire and we liked the straightforwardness of their bid, which was more respondent, transparent and all-inclusive than the other two bids we received. Catering by Uptown has a planning website which keeps track of all the details of the wedding such as the menu, floor plan, table cloth, plates, etc. This was especially useful for us since much of the planning was done at long distance by our daughter and her fiancé. In the end, the ceremony and reception were beautiful. The food, which we had chosen from a large menu at a tasting, was delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests about the food and also the cordiality of the serving staff. The whole evening was brought together by our professional, hardworking and congenial coordinator, Mary Vick
