Recommended
I had my shower walls and tub refinished. There was an issue with a tile that needed to be repaired, and they were so good and fair to work with. Highly recomend.

The phone number doesn't seem to work and a report on the BBB website confirms they are recently a) under new management, b) subsequently not terribly responsive, and c) confirms what I found, that the phone number no longer works.

We recently had our bathtub refinished by Porcelite, and the first technician sent by the company did a poor job -- the finish was gritty and there was stray paint on the surrounding tiles. After we raised concerns, they re-did the work and the second time was a charm! Given that it took two tries, however, I would be hesitant to recommend them.
