We have used Climate Control with great success for over 20 years with 4 units under contract. This family business has deteriorated with the departure of the dad and brother Keith. We had an emergency call yesterday where we were advised that CC couldn't make good on our contract because the two remaining brothers are both too fat to fit through a crawl space to service the unit. Very disappointing. Feeling cheated in renewing a contract they have defaulted on.

Diagnosed and fixed compressor issue within the first 30 minutes, charging only the minimum cost for a service call. The tech was knowledgeable and explained in detail the root cause of the problem and his solution. Very pleased with the service and cost.
