Phil Jacoby is the absolute best luthier in the DMV..! He is a graduate of the world-renowned Roberto-Venn School Of Lutherie in Phoenix AZ. You'd have to go to Dan Erlewine in Athens, Ohio or Joe Glaser in Nashville, Tennessee to find another luthier of Phil's caliber. Because he's so good, he's extremely busy, and thus a little hard to reach, but keep trying. Phil is worth the extra effort.
