I went in to get a Covid vaccine booster shot, and they required I give them all sorts of extra private information that is not required. They required I give them my SSN, and a photo copy of my driver's license. In response to my review on Yelp, the own claimed it was needed to get reimbursed by the insurance company. Guess what, Costco did not require either, so that is BS. This place is used to dealing with people who are forced to use their services --court ordered drug testing, paternity tests, drug test required by sports teams (apparently now a thing). When you are a business that does this sort of work, you become callous to your customers. Their check in is just as callous, they have one of those checkins where you are forced to use your phone to fill out a form. I am a techie, but I'd rather fill out a paper form, its less likely to get digitized properly and end up in some insecure database somewhere, plus its faster, and I don't have to use my cell phone data plan to do their business. I hate that stuff.
