They told me I would have to wait 1-1/2 for service. After 2-1/2 hours, they told me I was next. After 3-1/2 hours I was still not being taken care of. I asked for my keys and left. For a previous service, the on line scheduler said if I scheduled it on line and showed up on time, it would only take 45 minutes. It took 2 hours. Quite a while ago, I was having trouble over heating. They told me it was the radiator core which they replaced at quite an expense. When it still overheated, I took it to a local garage who correctly diagnosed the problem as the thermostat. 3 strikes, I'm out!! Never again. Now that they've gotten bigger, they are worse.
